I am sure this has already been talked about, but I dont see it.

Is race fuel worth running? I know the octane doesnt need to be as high in a four stroke.

Just thought I would see if anyone has run any of it.

I have seen no benefits from running it. In fact at high elevations it can be a detriment (harder starting hot). 91 octane pump gas for me please.

there are no benefits to running race fuel in a production or even mildly tuned engine.

indeed poor fuel can for various reasons prove to be of advantage...

I have been hillclimbing with my berg for a few years now and I strongly believe that the higher octane race fuels pull harder and rev better. I almost always run 100-110 in the bike unless I am just going to be trail riding. Always have been pleased with the race gas!
