Ok so yet again it seems that my 70deg tank is fixed (knock on wood!!!!).
The trouble is that there is a lot of pressure buildup inside the tank. Very often fuel spits out every hole posible. Through the airhose for example....
Ok so I didn't conect the two air hoses (from the front and the rear tank), but would that make that much of a difference?
Did I mess up the instalation of the pump? Is there something htat I could have done wrong?

Any ideas would rock you guys! (First rally begining of April...)

pretty sure that if you have 2 fuel tanks you need to connect the vents for the 2nd tank to work properly. If pressure builds up, it must be the reservoir cap vent that is clogged tho.
 
The ball is out... but how many of you have actually conected the airvents from both tanks? Ive spoken to a couple of people and it seems that none of them had that connecting hosing set up. But sure, ill connect it up, could it be anything else? Like the pump doing something unexpected?
 
A sub tank absolutely must be vented or it will find a way to vent itself as yours has. Heat makes gas expand (even a change in room temp), but it won't push the fuel back to the main tank as that takes too much pressure.
 
I connected them together and put a check valve after the t-junction. I thought that if they share the same air pressure they will equalize better. In theory gravity should do it, but if you have a small vent on the subframe and the normal on the tank you might get different pressures in the tanks as one feeds easier, and that might lead to fuel sucked the wrong way.
