When I Get The Money And Garage Space I'll Rebuild The Berg Completely.
I Would Like The Frame And Wheels Done In A Nice Metalic Dark Blue With The Swing Arm Polished And Coated In A Blueish Clear Laqure Along With The Handle Bars.
Where Can I Get This Done In The Uk Without Selling My Kidney To Pay For It?

If you lived in Southern California I could help you out :)

But since you don't may I suggest that for the swingarm at least, instead of polishing it (the smooth finish will be hard for paint to adhere to) and then coating it with clear lacquer (lacquer is not at all durable) you:

1. Get some aluminum cleaner/brightener (PPG DX533 or equivalent) at the local automotive paint store. Scrub it well with the cleaner solution (mixed with water at the correct amount) and a 3M Scotch Brite pad or 00 Steel Wool.

2. Take it to your local Body Shop and have them spray it with the best Urethane Clear that they can get. They can add a little blue tinting base to give as much tint as you desire.

Now Thats An Idea

I have a general knowledge of powder coating but a more extensive background in automotive finishes :)

Powder coating is the beat way to refinish a frame the cost here in the USA is not to bad I think it cost me around 200 for the sand blasting and recoating from start to finish. It has been 2 years now and it still looks new
