you can use a third party international shipping company like Vpost. They charge a bit, and will take about 3 weeks to get to you but its an option. In australia OEM parts are about double US prices, and US vendors have agreements NOT to ship here

I'm not in Taiwan, but it works perfect for me in Australia, just got to stay under $1,000 orders or Australia slug you an extra 10% GST Tax charge plus about $50 for the forwarding company to fill out the extra paperwork.
