I cant make up my mind..

I'm torn between 2 bikes. Please help.

A 2000 Husaberg FC501 and a 2002 Husaberg FX470
I'm an intermediate level MX'er and I'm wondering if the FX will take the abusethat is MX. The FC is the motocrosser right? Whats the difference (other than e-start and obvious engine size) between them?
Are the suspensions identical? I cant find specs for either.
If you had your choice and you were in my shoes which would it be and why?

Thanks for your help

I say the FX. The 470 pulls like an Mx bike. You must have the button, if you go down without it the race is likely over for you. The 470 is 2 years newer. The only plus I can think of for the 501 is that the engine/trans may be a little more durable. Alot of people like the old motor.
This just my opinion and I'm not really an MX expert. I hope others will add some more input.

Thats the other thing.. The button has been removed on this one. No starter no button only kick.

Are the suspensions the same?

In that case you should probably ride each one first before you buy in order to make your decission. If you are a seriouse buyer most owners will not have a problem with that.
Check your personel messages.
