Piting on gears will these fit? fe400

hello!

I have some severe piting on the clutch outer basket and main gear/primary gear. I believe this is producing metal flakes in the oil screen.

I have a husaberg fe 400 2000

will these fit?

according to the parts manual this had stayed the same since 1989.

is there any difference in gearbox between the fe 600 and the fe 400?

i would think the parts are interchangeable, but mixing one used gear with a used gear from another wear pattern may put you right back where you currently are. but if your pitting is that bad (pic?), you don't have much choice unless you can find a matching set from the same engine.

i reckon if the clutch has a good bush in the middle all is well. i reckon you've been running with a knackered bush.
