Petcock How many???

I have a 04 FE450 my tank has a petcock on each side. I just purchased a used 08 FE450 11 litre tank It only has a petcock on the left side Is this normal?? Once you get down on fuel the right side has no way of draining fuel Am I missing something??

i never heard of an 11 L tank. who makes it?
 
Its a stock husaberg tank Sorry should have looked little closer .I am a work and in a rush The second pet **** comes out the back right side I flipped it over look for the holes and missed it 2.8 gallon = 11 litres

Both petcocks come out the bottom on mine Iassumed it was the same on this tank

damn, i always thought they were 2.5 gal. learn something new etc etc.
 
The 05 and older bikes have the 9 litre smaller tanks
