Parts Question 05 650

My 05 650 was ready from its rebuild but when i picked it up it was leaking oil out the weephole more than it normally ever has. So i left it there for mechanic to look at it. He gave me a ring tonight and said I need the bearing between waterpump and engine plus the seal. Can i get this from a bearing place or is it husaberg specific part? Also what is it he is exactly needing etc I am mechanically inept. I am after part numbers etc. Any ideas guys.

does it come with a seal as that is what the mechanic wants to know?

does he need this? and if so does he need 2 of them or one I am figuring 1?

The bearing is Husaberg specific and comes with the seal attached.
The o-ring can be sourced as well as the small seal that keeps the water from the weep hole.
