After spending hours searching for the right components, risking few hundreds of $ for stocking them, and then having the headache of selling them (running to FedEx every couple of days) I decided to give up.

It just too much work for too small profit.

Therefore, I'm rolling the ball to you. In the PDF file you can find a manual how to do it yourself. Which parts to buy (and where), and how to prepare the switch. If you know how to touch solder, you can do it in 15 minutes. If you don't, find a friend that does.

Have fun switching maps!

Hi Yoram,

Many thanks for spending time on the map switch and sharing it with the berg riders.

Thank you very much for all your work, the directions are great and I will do this to my 570, it will be nice to change maps so easy.

got the eom one as they are pretty cheap but i miss the ability to change it on the fly like i could on my old '03. plus i like fiddling with / making things.

My understanding is with the new bikes, they don't change on the fly, you have to shut off the engine, change the map and then restart. That's what the guys on KTMTalk are experiencing with their Bergs'. I haven't installed a switch yet.
