Have just changed oil filter + oil, now there is oil leaking from the grub screw next to the oil filter.
Was I supposed to loosen this during the filter change?

Sorry guys, stupid me... 2001- 501 Will try post a pic tomorrow.

i have never loosend a grub screw on my fe450 2008
 
So is the moral of the story:
Time is the greatest healer?
or
No news is good news?
 
Still leaking, just no helpfull tips , Also forgot to state it is a 2001 501 :?
Would welcome a soloution, I think a drop of locktite on the grub screw will solve it.

no you weren't meant to touch it. it's an oil gallery drilling. not for there but for straight down the crankcase from inside the oil filter housing.

get some threadlock and cure it? what else do you want us to do? hold your hand?
