Hey guys
This will sound very novice but do the bergs have oil filters except for the one that comes out when you drain the oil?

Yes there is one to change, of course.

Follow the cabling from the stator cover up and when you meet a brace holding it, that round thing where the brace is bolted on, that's the oil filter cover.

You need to unbold the brace, remove the 2 #4 Allen Bolts, then the oil filter cover. To do that, you need to use an M6 bolt that you insert in lieu of the stator cable brace.

Let us know if you can't find it, we'll take a photo.

You should go to www.husaberg.se and download a maintenance manual. Any year should do.

Thanks Le frog i knew there had to be one just couldn't find it.

Huh... You should download the manuals from husaberg.se and print them, then read them.

Good start.

And they there is la doc de Taffy.

Well found it thanks lefrog and downloaded the manual.
So after finding decided to take it out and change it, but whilst taking the cover off found out that the previous owner has rounded the inside of one of the allen bolts, so now to try and get it out. Let the fun begin!

Maybe he tried to remove the cover without using an M6 bolt in the middle.

Use a grip plier to get hold of the dethreaded bolt. Sometimes hammering an Ikea-type Allen wrench into the head of the bolt can help getting enough grip to remove it.

Try needle nose vise grips to get them out. I realize that you did not put them in, in the first place, but, when you put them back they don't need to be very tight.

Overtorquing is a noob's mistake, DaleEO is right. You should be able to find a new bolt at your local tools store.
