I fit the radiator fan on the weekend. Let me tell you its a wrestle getting the tank back on!! You have to loosen the radiator mounting bolts completely. The kit didn't come with the rubber grommet the instructions refer to however I am chasing the supplier for the missing piece.
Subsequent to this post a helpfull member pointed out that I have in fact mounted the fan on the top side of the bracket as opposed to the underside, so that the fan flush mounts with the radiator. Once its all together I will post a correct fitted pic. No wonder the tank was hard ot get on - some bells should have rung. One of the reasons I get most my work done in the shop! :bounce3:
