HELP! Utter confusion reigns...
Just took the whole cover off to flip the coolant-side seal ring due to weephole leakage (following everyone's posts and pictures). Happened to look at the Husaberg parts manual and it shows that the coolant-side seal ring and oil-side seal ring were actually factory-installed in the reverse order (or the diagram is wrong).
So not only was the coolant-side "flipped", but according to the parts diagram, the ring that came off the coolant-side should be on the oil-side and vice-versa.
According to parts diagram: 0760102455 should be on the coolant-side and 0760102440 should be on the oil side.
Which do I do?????? :cuss: :cuss: :cuss:
