After a timing chain break and other issues, my friend Pat finally threw in the towel on his 450. Since I'm a sucker for orphans and the price was right, and it has all kinds of goodies (slipper clutch, extra parts and gaskets, spare rims), I bought it. Went to an open track day with him after Christmas (dirt track, TT, Extreme TT) and brought the wounded berg home. Looking forward to putting her back together!



Here's the dirt track, only pic I found of the event. Nice way to finish the year. Note the husaberg jersey (on the Yammy TTR125). Love the minis . . . gotta get me one!

New pipe with wrong front cap (looks to be from a 2002/03). Hoping i can drill out the rivets and install a correct front cap for proper fitment.

Broke the triumph kick starter riding home from 'Berg drop off. Ugh!

Don Lemlin doesn't own it anymore, but I think they still sell Brammo. They were/are mostly KTM (for years the top American seller of Katooms).

Allegedly, they may be selling the Alta (Formerly BRD Redshift) Electric bikes. I was at the track day when they were shaking it down, I want one!

The test mule ripped, and I've been informed the latest version is fantastic. I'll be sad if it's just vapor-ware.

Good looking bike, and sounds like a good deal as well.

There's 3 vids from Prairie City that my buddy uploaded. Also, the guy that was taking pics is going to put them all on a YT vid.

Sure was a lot of fun. Best day ever.. Lots of traffic, spills and thrills. I felt a little underdressed being the only one there on 17's...

Great meeting you as well! Awesome video, watching Gage McAllister back that lil bike in never gets old! It was nice to see a berg there to represent! Once I get the 450 done, I'll be out there on 17s as well. (I think there was a KTM on 17s there for a couple of rounds, but not very many)
