I need a new front rim for my 08 Husaberg,as it is bent,was going to do it my self will also do rear rim.
will Ktm rims fit as i know the wheels will fit, i have had a look for rims not much listed for bergs but lots for ktm. can anyone tell me what are the best rims to fit,i would like to still use my spokes & nipples.

Any ktm/excel/did rim will work. My 2011 FE570 uses Excel rims, which are the exact same wheels/rims as any of the current enduro KTMs.

Just look for the rim specs on your rim, most likely a 21"x1.6". When shopping for an Excel rim, make sure you DON'T get the PRO rim. Pro rims are for Excel Pro hubs.

I recently rebuilt the wheels on my old honda and to my surprise it was remarkably easy.
Are you reusing the galvanized spokes?
 
Have just purchased A60 Excel rim for a KTM ,see how i go will try & do the lacing my self
YES reusing the galvanized spokes.
