hello,

Im joel from belgium and bought a husa .Next week i can go get it. Owned a honda xr 600 but it was in cros trim. The husa is a 2hand bike with ohlin front and back , brembo and exell wheels. Its also a 600 but i dont really know the type.Own a streetfightered fireblade and a gsxf 600 for the woman. But here in belgium u must pay ALLOT of money when they catch u speeding. So a little toy on the side that doestnt need high speeds to have fun.Ive never owned or ridden a husa so im curious.Ive read some places that they have a bad reputation . They breack down easy , the front wheel floats over the road ...
Ive already downloaded the repair manual and i like working on the bike so thats not a big problem. And no balancers in the engine , that they vibrate allot...
But hey ... riding a bike is not backing cookies :D

Welcome to the site sir! Keep in mind, rumors and reputations are not always true, ride your bike and form your own opinion. While I do not street ride my bike, I have found my front end sticks to the corner quite well, and I have had very few mechanical issues. As the manuals and the users here will tell you, maintain the bike like it needs and the bike will perform well. Have you had a chance to read the "Owners doc" yet? If not, it is a great place to see what other Husaberg owners are doing to fix some of the little glitches that have come up and some set up tips for different riding conditions, check it out.

well comming from belgium, named Joel and ridding a Berg. you must be a great person. in fact there once was another belgin named Joel that rode bergs "Joel Smets" ..................welcome friend!!!

I've raced a race with Joel Smets . We just live 10 kilometers from him and sometimes he was in a minimotard race here on the local track. He's a verry nice guy but on the bike he's a demon !

owners doc checked . looks like a nice place here :D
