I get a little bit of oil in the airbox, but nothing like what you are describing. Just a bit in one corner - enough to notice, certainly not enough to cause smoke on any kind of maneuver, and I go down steep hills on trails.
So I am thinking you do need to look into this - it is not normal at all IMO.

definately not normal. My fs had maybe 1 single drop of oil in the airbox after 500km's or so. The only reason I noticed that 1 drop was because I was taking the airfilter out and replacing it with this:

I just also read that you said the front brakes pulse...
Mine did this as well. Turned out, the front rotor had been warped / damaged some how... :angry: My dealer replaced it and the brakes feel awesome. I would recommend putting organic pads in though as the squeel from the sintered pads frustrated the crap out of me.
