new engine for a fe 350 96'

i have a 1996 husaberg FE350, that recently ran into engine problems. i saw a 2003 fe 400 complete engine on ebay and was wondering if i could purchase a whole engine that would fit my bike. Anyone know if a fe400 engine will fit on a 96 fe 350 frame? thanks

Sorry:

In 01 the motor was changed significantly. That 03 E-bay motor would be a good fit for 01-03's only.

There is a complete fe350 bike sitting at Areo PA in Illinois look on the dealer page for the dealer info he also has a brand new fe 400
