Hi Folks !
Right, so I fell for it and got myself a 07 FS650e with 18 hours on the clock. I bought it in Sweden (minus 25% VAT for export outside EU, good deal !) and had it shipped to my place of residence which is Hong Kong. There is only this one here. But a lot of KTM's and quite a big dealership, as a result.
It is not yet road-registered, since this process takes a while due to government red-tape. For instance, it has to go through noise and emissions testing - even if it comes with a certificate to say that it conforms with Euro 3, from the factory. No worries. I will get there. Done it before.
Now to the point: For now, due to the N&E test, I am leaving the stock exhaust on. But I do have a full Ti Akra pipe that will go on later. I have searched this site to find (drumroll) the correct JET SETTING, but thinks me is too thick to decode the many variants that seem to float around on this site.
A straigt answer from a straight person who has an 07 FS650e with a full Akra would be most helpful. Oh, and it is HOT here most of the time. Over 32 degrees centigrade in summer with 100% humidity, around 20 during the "nice season", which changes all the way to down to 12 in winter (all 4 weeks of it ), same humidity. Sea level is our elevation.
Thanks and regards from Hong Kong
