Just Got Back From Hospital,The Pain I Had In My Right Knee When I Straightend It, Wasnt My Metal Work Moving As I Though,But Arthritus!!!.
Looks Like A Couple Of Days With Feet Up In Front Of The Box Taking The Medication.
Oh Well 1st Attack At 26,What Does The Next 40 Years Hold In Store For Me???

Lol,Was Thinking About That,Need To Make Some Decent Money Before I Can Move Though

Dont Speak The Lingo For Spain Or Italy And The French Hate The English Just As Much As The Scot's Irish And Welsh. Think It Has Something To With How Many Other Flags Has The Union Jack On Them.

sorry about your pain.
i'm no doctor, but i have read that some types of arthitus are caused by toxins deposited on the joints.
perhaps you can see about some iv treatments which remove the toxins.
best of luck anyhow.
CHEER UP !!!! TOMORROW WILL BE WORSE.

Yeah,Your Right,Its Raining Quite Heavy Outside At The Mo. Just What The Legs Need.

Yeah the glucosimine thing has helped some with my knee problem. My knee cap sometimes rubs on the end of my femur, and the Glucosimine and Condroitin has brought some relief.

Kez I don't think the French hate the English actually it's quite the opposite. The other way around, that, I'm sure about.

No, it is the English who hate the French. 100 years of wars. Only at war with Gerries for 10 so they are ok. Austrians even better..factory bikes! Sorry to hear you had a big "off", hope the arthritis is better. The god of Enduro spits me off my 501 when i start showing off . But i am 40 so I take longer to mend now

My Big Off Was In My Car In April 2001 In My Car,Which Was A Honda!. Nearly 30 Hours Of Operations To Sort Out The Damage.
It Was Really Gruesome What I Did So I Wont Go Into Any Details.
So I've Had A Good 5 Years With No Real Problems With My Left Leg,So It Cant Be To Bad.
As For Those Who Hate The English,Its Everyone! The Whole Of Europe Hate Us.Lol
Now Whered That DVD Go???

Kez stop beating yourself, the Germans have to be the most disliked nation in Europe and this for solid recent historical reasons, although they're nice people and all (a little too strict to my taste), they have reasons to be disliked.

Then I think the French are the nation people like to dislike the most for all the good cliches.

I am talking about European nations, let's not piss off the Americans, they need to believe they're still the most admired nation on the planet.

As for arthritis, yep, lots of people move here in Arizona for that reason.

It's a DRY HEAT

Have you tried MSM? It's a supplement. It works but it takes time, about 3 months before the effects kick in.

No we ARE the most admired nation on the planet, whenever anyone gets their ass in a sling, and calls "911" seems like the Marines are there to bail 'em out. Most (if not ALL) of Europe would be goose stepping and speaking German now if it weren't for us. As far as the French, all wine, no spine, what can I say? 8O

Wishing ya all the best Kez
Bioflow (the magnet thingy's)can work well for that kind of constant dull pain. As can the Glucosamine. Even worth trying a Deponit 5 patch.
All cheaper than moving abroad.
Good luck bud.

Kez,
Hah! Cheer up! I have already lived those additional 40 years that you are so worried about (well almost 40 years).
Like you, I was in a very bad accident that left me with plates and pins and I could not ride for 16 years.
I can attest that Glucosimine and Condroitin with MSM will yield positive results. It is not an immediate "cure" but over a long period of time it gives substantial relief until you just wear the knees out..
I suffered with arthritis in my knees for many years until my Doc said that knee replacements were the only alternative, then I discovered viscosupplementation therepy. Now I get a series of Hyaluronic acid shots into my knees every 6 months and I am about 85% of normal and back on my Berg. Life is good again.
See ya in Moab,

BIONIC DEZ!

Nearly 30 broken bones , plate and pins in rt leg, pins in left leg, plate in thick skull, frozen left shoulder, custom knee braces required, periodic lubricant shots in both knees, quarterly cortizone shots in shoulders, arthritis, 6 knee surguries, 4 shoulder surgeries, 1 Recurrent hernia, fallen arches, probable early senility, and 2 heart attacks hardly qualifies me as "Bionic". More like a Marvel of Modern Medicine. Health insurance is a wonderful thing.

Kez,
You and I are going to have fun comparing injuries. You win the title on most damage for one incident, but I think I have you beat on greatest variety of injuries overall and certainly for motorcycle related damage. .
I had polio when I was six and survived unscathed when it went into remission. Now I have to worry about post-polio syndrome.
The plate in my skull is from a military incident when much younger.
The most ribs I have ever broken at one time was 5 in a motocross race in '74, but I have broken a total of 14 at different times.
In 1982 I rode over my own rt leg while riding a Honda ATC tearing my rt foot off peeling it up to my rt knee. Included compound fractures in the right leg with resultant plate and six pins. .
When landing from a jump on a remote jeep trail in 2000 I rammed my leg straight into the ground pushing my left femur through my knee splitting the tibia. One big screw in the top of the tib to hold it together. That one put me off the bike for nearly a year.
My first heart attack occurred while riding my Husaberg in the desert and I had to drive myself to hospital after getting help to load the bike into my truck.
Those are the highlights.
At least I have managed to spread my injuries over a period of 5 decades. I cannot imagine having to endure the misfortune and pain that you suffered from 1 incident. With the extent of your injuries it is amazing that you still ride. Hats off to you.
I am looking forward to being your host in Las Vegas when you come here for the Moab Ride.
