I plan on buying an '08 fe550 from Fritz this week. Needless to say I am very excited 8O . My 450 is running excellent(only 4050 miles on her). I have WAY too many motorcycles now(5). I will put it in the classifieds when I remove my goodies, SCOTT's, Rekluse Pro, bar risers etc. If someone is interested in it before I take the PRO out and put the battery and starter back in, let me know. It is street legal in Colorado, has new tires, wheel bearings, jetted right, re-usable oil filter, and will get the new '08 plastics and graphics( I like the all yellow look of my '06).

I'm excited for you to man. And you get a plate with it too don't you? Not in CA.
 
i'd be interested in buying the rekluse if you are going to sell it.
 
Hi, ned, If I pull it out of the 450 it will definately go in the 550, thanks though. I just think I have the 450 dialed in set-up wise(obviously, no starter or battery). Some(people) are not as apt to do the trial and error process to figure out what works well(subjective I know). It is a GREAT bike and was hoping someone would like a technical-trail beauty that you can ride to the trailhead ready to go, before it is returned to stock for retail sale...thanks again.
