Picked up an 08 FE550 last week. Only 47hrs. Scotts damper, Akra slip on. I sold it new when I owned my shop. I just found my old Omero tank and it will be going on in the New Year.

Not sure if I am going to ride it or just stick it in the basement...

Nice Scott! As I said on KTM Talk.... Let me know, if you find a FE450/380. In the basement? Ride it, but we do have a pool already on how long, before the salesman in you sells it. I still can't believe you let that '82 Husky 240WR go.... Merry Christmas!

Well, if you can find a 450, I have a "Factory" 380 kit prepared for Jockes WEC bike by Roland himself. It has a cyl, ported head, custom piston and crank. Just sitting in a box in my garage.

I would cut this bike loose if I could find a 450. I like 550s but I really wanted a 450.

I'll keep that in mind. If I find a 450 and I'm not ready to buy, I'll give you a heads up.
 
Nice bike Scott. I just bought a 380 kit from Ryan on here. Im mainly riding a 2 stroke YZ now but will be building a trick 380. Do you have any more pictures of the Omero tank? That will be my next purchase. Maybe also some 18mm TCs that Taffy raves about.

You can still find old bergs in good condition. This is my 08 FE650 that I bought two years ago. It had almost 8 hours on the clock then. Current status is 38h and slowly counting.
