Setting up my 2004 450 as a motard track play bike..no road riding..CBR 250 wheels..3.5 front..4.0 rear...Looking for recommendations for the stickiest tyres I can get...Any thoughts?

BT-003 or BT-003RS if you can get them.
Pirelli Rosso.
Don't know if they are exactly what you want for motard but they are a very popular choice in UK club racing, I'm a big fan of Pirelli's.
Hope that helps.

No takers?...got it down to Dunlop A13 Alphas or Bridgestone BT003 or RS10

If you have an early crank in the engine with the big end pin feed 16mm it won't last too long. no way will it take the stress. so let's hope it got upgraded. the 2004 450 had the feed set infield of any other cc or year and they snap.

the feed is right on the edge of the flywheel - a pressure point.

the pin snaps where it is weak.

best answer is a regular pin with a trench in it.

as I say, i hope you don't have this crank.
