If winter riding is on your mind, check out some Trelleborg studded tires. They work very well, onlogs, frozen ground, etc. In fact I'll ride today on them.

Now popping a wheelie on that would be interesting!

Trelleborg tyres were fitted yesterday on my bike :)

Those are some expensive tires! 8O I might have to look into it though. I got some ice sitting out my back door that would be fun to play on. Used to make a race track on it when I was a kid.

I was thinking more of using the track in the summer when things get really muddy instead of having to rely on a quad.

Thanks for the info

What I have heard from the people in Sweden who use these kind of tires is that Trelleborg is the best but that Mitas is equal to Trelleborg. It is the same company which makes them and it should be the similar rubber compound. The only difference is the tyre tread.

I just thought I'd throw this out there and see what everyone thinks.
Motorcycle tracks

Interesting link but I have to say, if I had anymore traction than my 501 already provides, I'd be flat on my back in the middle of the trail due to excessive loop-out.
I wonder how much power that track robs from the motor?
