I have a friend that wants to sell its Husaberg. He had twins last year and has no time to ride it, so he decided to sell.
He doesn’t speak English well so he didn’t participate at this forum.
He was part of the official Husaberg team in Spain at the time that Nestor Jorge and Dominique Poulain were riding for Husaberg. When the Husaberg team was shut down, he reached a friendly agreement so he received plenty of official racing parts.*
This is his bike, preps and detail of the parts:
Chassis:
Chassis FS – C 2005 (the same that ride in the team)
Custom Ohlins Shock
Front Fork WP closed cartridge
Tubeless Excel Wheels with CHT Hubs (16.5” front, 5.5” rear)
Beringer brake kit with oversized Galfer front brake line for a superior flow
7.2L front tank (2008’)
Chepa Factory Effex Seat
CNC triple clamps (in the HSB team used the same triple clamps as the Force edition)*
Magura handlebar
Tuning:
Blue CNC anodized oil cover
Factory Tank Fuel Cap
Custom Graphics Kit
Engine:
Racing Cylinder head, with titanium valves and springs, and SXS camshaft*
Specific carb for this cylinder head
2 different supermoto CDIs (one that allows higher revs)
SXS Stator
STM Anti-slipper clutch*
Full Titanium Akrapovic*
Wear of parts:
Piston (Pro-X) - 15 hours
Crankshaft bearing - 6 hours
Braking pads 80%
Front Tire 80%
Rear Tire 50%
The bike is a full race version as some of the parts were specially designed or tuned to race by the Husaberg Team.*
To sum up, the shock was specially designed for Dominique Poulain, and Ohlins made only 4 of these worldwide. The braking line was also the one that used Dominique Poulain.
The cylinder head was the one used by Nestor Jorge, and was optimized my Miguel Ballesteros (he was the mechanic of Nestor Jorge and Dominique Poulain at the Husaberg Team). The carb was also adapted for this cylinder head by the team.
The chassis was the 2005 FS-C and the one that riders want to use (in the coming years they still used this chassis as the riders preferred the 2005' rather than the newer ones).
As you can see on the pictures, the state of the bike is mint.
