Well wish me luck, I am competing in the Australian 4 day enduro(A4DE) again, there has been a lot said about this enduro, lots was said after last years event being to easy, this year the new organisers of the event have made it clear that the enduro will be run as in the old days as a true endurance event. As the event is in my local area I just had to compete, signed up today and it looks to be a hard event with the 1st day looking like 230+ km 9 specials and about 7 hrs on the bike, with the forcast for rain it will certainly be a test for me and the 08 450, keep an eye on your fello berg riders on the following sites, my number is 233

Well the Australian 4 day enduro was run on 8 -11 april, was a tough fun event, most said it was the toughest in many many years.
How did I go, finished 184th outright from 252, after a flat rear in the 1st hour of day one directly followed by the worst series of hills and trails of the event had me losing 33minutes for that section, so with that in mind and the danger of houring out of the event if something else occurred I rode hard for the next section to come in 16 minutes early, thus taking a penality for early arrival at the control, from then on I rode to my minute with out further problems, day one proved to be the down fall of many and took it's toll on me, my hands took a beating and my head hurt from all the concentration finished day 1 216th outright, my goal after day 1 was to finish.
The rest of the event was great fun, lots of km, over 200 on each day and if you know Sunny Corner forest you will know that is a big day on the bike, between 6-7 hours each day, rode some of the best special tests ever, grass tracks were great, once again the Berg performed well even though it was one of the older bikes/models
A big thankyou goes to all the guy's that helped me at the event and thanks goes to the organisers for putting on such a great event
