Isnt the weephole leaking some water?
Its a little hole located under your waterpump.

If you are doing slow technical stuff you might be boiling her out. Happened to me. Get a KTM fan kit and problem solved. Provided that is your problem

Yea, I'd check the weep hole. Any vapor should theoretically condense within the radiator in any case, as only when you significantly overheat (i.e. boil over out through the overflow tube), should you loose water from the system otherwise??

You can check the nipple fitting on the radiator where the over flow hose attaches . They have been known to leaks as well.

how much water do you put in you radiator?

should only fill to just above the fins (core), it needs to have room for expansion.

Good point. Only fill the radiator to 10mm above the core. Room is needed for expansion of the fluid. If you fill it to the top, you will only loose it.
