friendships are for life right (ok except brendan!) so i open my doors to y'all for 2012. paris has had it stuffed right up 'em!!!

so it's a force rideout in the morning and on to the gymnastics in the evening where bob will pop his corn in the womens vault!

brings a whole new meaning to rythmic gymnastics now don't it!!!

work on this splits now lads c'mon!

congrats to sebastian coe for a wonderful achievement in securing the victory. a true winner both on and off the track.
