leak on the cylinder head gasket

on the right side , i have a little leak on the cylinder head gasket. is someone can tell me how repair it . have you already see that problem?

look up the 'owners doc'. the link is at the bottom of this post.

in it you'll see that it's practice to torque the head down + a few Nm. check it out. i also used a piece of plained wood, wet 'n dry and just rub it over the cylinder and the head.

the head has two inlet valve seats that protrude so you must work in a little circle around the head and then clean carefully.

try the new torque figures first!

Probably the head have no distortion. These kind of leaks are normal due to the poor quality of the gasket sealant.
Remove the head clean the surfaces very well, reuse the gasket (if it isn't broken) apply a thin quantity of silicone RTV special for engine gaskets , mount and torque to 50, 55 nm's.

This will solve the problem. :wink:
