KTM and Husaberg wheels indentical after 2003?

Hello guys!

I have a Husaberg FS650e 2004-modell. I`m looking for some dirt wheels to my bike (18" and 21"). But can I use any wheel from KTM, if the wheels are from after 2003?

Husaberg went 26/20 in 2003 think ktm went 26/20 in 2004 so as long as your ktm wheels are 2004 onwards they should be ok

I might get a good deal on some older Husaberg wheel, from before 2003. How will that work, I guess I will need some new front wheel spacers? Or what do you think guys?

There is a kit you can buy that will allow the older ones to be mounted. You will also need an older wheel axle.

hi it would be easyer to just go for the 04 onwards ktm wheels as there is more of them about than the older 1s and there 19" on the rear thats wot i did but entirely up to u if u can get the other parts easy

What country are you in?

Anyway. You just go to your dealer and ask them to give (sell) you a axle reduction kit like in this link from a swedish dealer. The part number is SXS03540400

Wheels from a 01-03 will fit, I'm not sure about the older models. Some years had a 17mm axle but I'm not sure about the years.

Thanks guys! I have already bought the wheels, if it wasn`t for that I would buy newer wheels. But I don`t remember the year model of the wheels, so I will do some measurements tomorrow.

Im from Norway

I think I will buy the parts from either Karlströms Motor or the supplier in Norway (Morstad Motor).

I was about to make a guess and say Norway in my earlier post but changed my mind. Morstad seem to have lots of stuff from time to time so I'd start there.
