My bike took a spill off the trailer and the left side of the bars got some road rash. The kill button took a hit along with the decomp lever and clutch lever.

I reconceted the wire running from the button, but now the button doesn't work. Where does it got and can I get a new button from any bike?

What about the decomp lever, can I get one from KTM? I ask because Gresham Husaberg is an hours drive and I would like to get my bike going this week. I have a KTM dealer in town if that helps?

Thanks.

Yes, KTM parts are the same depending on the year.

Check out this site for KTM parts: http://www.ktmworld.com/

Just so you all know, my bike is a '96 FC400. I will check the KTM parts out, I hope they will work. Thanks.

Go to the ignition and check that the orange wire is not disconnected. You should be able to kill when you short these connections. If it does work there, then it's the kil switch wiring that's broken somewhere. It's a standard component.

I think the earlier bikes had Domino control levers. You might be able to find them on Husqvanas too.
