remove coolant.
pull the waterpump impellor off etc.
lay on right hand side.
undo all the sidecover screws by 1 full turn.
the kickstart arm will now be free.
because it will happen again and agin, you must now remover the left cover, remove the clutch assembly noting that it is part of the cam timing, remove the kickstart gear and shaft.
the sledge plate will look phucked.
buy a new sledge plate and screws but also 2 x M5 washers 1mm thick. put them behind the sledge plate so that it never happens again.
I obviously sell the sledge plate and screws and i'll chuck you a couple of washers in. you probably will want a left cover repair kit which includes the gasket, water pump gasket, water pump seal and 2x O rings pertinent to the job.
