Hey Folks,

Not sure if you have ever experienced a cracked kickstart retaining washer? Thanks to my ham fisted ways....i have. After much searching I found a good quality hardened washer that will replace the stock one. It is Caterpillar part # 9X-6165. It appears to be an "in stock" item at your local Cat dealer. Retails for less than $3 Cdn. And its way stronger!!

so sounds like you need to exchange that 3/4 impact with cutoff 1/4 ratchet..:)

You must have popeye arms on that small frame hehehehehhe
