hi currently running a 2003 fs650 fitted with keihin 41mm carb.my question is why do these carbs run with 2 cables ie push/pull.mine only has the one and performs just fine.im thinking of getting a g2 throttle as the one fitted is a very fast action one which in britains slippery winter can be a bit daunting.when ordering one which one do i get as there is no listing for husaberg so i presume i order a ktm one if so which model also will it work on a single cable cheers

FWIW, they are actually pull/pull. One to pull open the throttle, and one to pull it closed. If the throttle return spring needs help, the pull to close cable can save you. Means you can lighten the throttle return spring too with out fear. With older style carbs the suction from the intakes could jamb a slide, hence very strong return springs.
