Keep thinking of getting another bike, impaticular 250gaser or 250tm both strokers.the thing is I love the berg but its like when you've got a top bird can't help thinking the grass is greener & time for a change. My 450 is & has been the perfect bike & I know if I sale it its gonna end in tears,so anyway would like to hear ur unbiased options on the two models

I've got the 2011 300 2st berg and have no regrets at all about changing from my 450.

The only disadvantage of the 2 st is its not as relaxed on extended road usage if trail riding and you have to mix the fuel on the garage forecourt when trail riding but other than that its win, win.

I have a Gas Gas EC250 I love it way more than my 450 for single track

My previous 2 bikes were Ktm200 and always had the best fun on them,I know what I'm letting myself in for as in terms in mixing fuel & Tarmac so no problem there, think I just fancy ringing the neck out of something for a while.funny thing is when I've ridden my mates stroker or any other bike come to think of it I think can't wait to get bk on the berg, guess sometimes just got lern the hard way as looks like a gas gas 250 is coming my way

think more about your specific riding

I berg to differ! husa's your daddy!

2010 570fe, love the beast, the torque and single track is awesome, YET,,, it's not as awesome as my ktm 300xc TWO STROKE

the berg and it's fuel injection is awesome!!! the berg does weigh more!!! and in my brief experience ,, it's the weight of the bike!

ya ya, the husaberg rides light, but when tipped over or up and on the trailer-- you will feel the 250lbs, compared to the 210lbs of the 2 stroke

the berg has massive amounts of serious power and torq, it is an ultimate desert beast
--with that said, on tight tight single track, the light weight of a 210lb bike doesn't throw you to the outer corners like the husaberg

i'm still learning,, and improving, but the husaberg can climb up steep single track like no ones business!!!

would like to hear about the new ktm 350,, lightweight 4 stroke, vs any newer 300 2 stoke??

i would like to learn more
