I know this doesn't help any, but I looked for almost two years too, and eventually found one. Not in perfect condition, but it was recoverable. Some of the inserts seize on the fasteners and spin within the plastic, so they are hard to remove. I found a way!
Patience will pay off if you are willing to wait. BTW, they are as expensive or more than new because of the unobtainable status.
