The official announcment will be publish en the next week.

In March 15-16 in Mexico City will be conducted a FIM seminar and give FIM licenses to race officials.

Everybody is welcome to come and race or just visit us!!!!!!!!!!

Do not forget Fun Enduro in Aug. Sergio and Homero do a great job with that race.

Nostradamus predicts the families of many FIM officials paying ransom next year...

ISDE will be held near Mexico City, in a place called Valle de Bravo. Actually in that town every year is held a race called FunEnduro and many top riders have come to race it, like Destry Abott, Shane Watts, Gio Sala, Bartoz Oblucki, and some others.

Funenduro is the top enduro race in Mexico and it is organized by Sergio and Homero Díaz who also happen to be gold medal ISDE riders.

Congratulations Mexico. The world is very excited about coming to your country

Says that Valle de bravo is at 6000 ft what temps can be expected there in Aug.

ISDE Valle de Bravo geography and weather...

At 6000 feet, it can get very cold at night, even in late August in Mexico.....
Geography
Valle de Bravo is located in a kind of step among the high mountain and the states of Michoacán and Guerrero. It is above 1800mts over the level of the sea. Culturally it is a place of transition of different cultures like: náhuatl, matlatzinca and purépecha. Languages that can be still listened in markets or in some towns. It is located southwest the city of Toluca in the State of Mexico

Weather
Valle de Bravo’s weather is mild- humid. It rains during summer: it starts in June and ends in September. The warmest months are: May, June, July and August. The average temperature is 17.5 ºC (63.50 ºF). The minimum temperature is 1.3ºC (34.34ºF) and the maximum is 32ºC (89.60ºF).

I raced Funenduro in 2006, it was August and rained for the whole weekend.

It is also cold in the mornings, around 10° C.

The Valle de Bravo area is in surrounded by a big forest area, basically pines and other big and tall trees, the surface is between medium and soft packed, so when it raines, there will be a lot of dark mud.

Some sections are hard packed and can be very slippery when wet. Not many rocks in the course.

Special and enduro tests are on grass.

Hope this hepls.
