Is This Bike Related to Our Awesome 'bergs?

Interesting. Looked over their web and facebook pages - very little information about the company, founders, or the actual bike.
The chassis and engine look to be Honda components from the best I can tell. One of the earlier bike pics is definitely the first generation Honda aluminum frame. The more recent pics look to be a modified version of a 2nd or 3rd generation CRF frame.
It has been right at 10 years since Honda last produced their 2 strokes in 2007. I seem to recall that after 10 years, patents receive less protection, in order to spur competition and development - which would explain why someone is cloning 2007 era components. Several years ago, SSR did the same thing, with their chinese made crf450 clone, right about the 10 year mark after Honda originally began production of their 450.

Engine looks like 1989 Honda CR 125 2-stroke

To me it looks like boys having fun making up a nice story

- They can't figure out a better name than "husagren"? That's already ridiculous!

- The guys can "build" a bike but not taking decent photos?
- The videos on Youtube are a bad joke. Such crappy bad resolution vids today? That's how they present a new bike? Would you do that?

I call it a true story.
The fb page has been up since 2015. The name makes sense. He claims it being a combo of Hus (house) and part of his last name, but it is obvious that he is referencing the husqvarna/husaberg name. The word gren is also a swedish word for branch. So I read it as another branch in the swedish husa tree. His name story is probably to avoid legal problems with ktm?
He started this project when husaberg died. Obviously this has nothing to do with husaberg nor husqvarna, but it seems he is trying to continue on the swedish bike legacy.
I wish him the best of luck!
