Will this give any problem when used in an engine?

it's phucked. the straight bits aren't important. it's the corners that matter!

i suppose you could whack it from above and see if any of the original shape comes back?

How did it feel rinding with this drum ?? Any symptoms ??

I did not ride with this drum yet. Bought it from ebay.
Does anyone know the price of a new one?

Are the shift drums a universal item? (from '98 to 2003?)

Get a new one. And don´t forget to put the small rollers back on the shift forks.
