Is the engine working Ok

Hi,have a wee question regarding my engine,i have a 2003 Husaberg 470 which has been converted for road use.While doing some roadwork on the way to the local practise area the engine feels a little tight as if it is struggling.Is there a problem, it is a little concerning as i dont want to cause any damage,adjusting the throttle in any direction works.
Any help would be great,the oil and filter has just been changed and this situation persists.

Can be many things.
Start with the carb. sometimes when something is blocked and the fuel is missing, the engine seems to be tight. Then check the spark, the ignition, the valves. Try to rotate the engine by hand with no spark on it.
If, when rotate by hand the engine feel tight then you get in trouble.
