Is pilot jet, 33 or 52 on 98 400 FEE.

In searching the forum, i found split opinions about the standard pilot jet.
The bike is all standard setup.
Does the 470 setup also fit this bike better?

i don't think that the 52 is the right jet. 470 jetting on a 400? that's what i ran!

it's up to you if you want to try it. i had a DR272 yet the other two figures shown in the owners doc indicate that lineweaver and the 'factory mechanic' prefer a DR274.

try their jetting first because you don't need to touch the slide. don't forget that a 7 year old machine MAY need new needle, jet and atomizer tube.
