Hi all,

I am not a dedicated dirt bike driver but dedicated to the Swedish made Husaberg bikes. I live just by the three different Husaberg factories in Sweden and therefore try to renovate three Husaberg bikes two which allready are in close to mint condition that will soon be mint, one FC600 1999 and one FE650 (road registered) 2003. The third bike is a EUR500 worth of FE400 1996 which runs perfectly but looks like as it has been through both world wars.

I am now looking for a head light for the FE400. Anyone who has any idea for used or new light that fit this bike?

have a look in my web shop. put in 19900 then 19901 etc and go through the first 200 items.

i sell the official 1996 headlamp wrap in 'old gold' also the rad shrouds, the side number panels. I'm getting the fork guards in. I also have fuel tanks OEM and 1996 decal sets - OEM. I only have 3 of those left.

I have seats with blue laurel and not the lilac laurel around the edges. I have two tail pieces left - that is all genuine 1996 OEM.

don't cry when they have gone....

Thank you Taffy!

I have allready bought a lot of stuff from you and will buy more.

Any ideas for the actual head light for the FE400?

I can get a headlight glass for about 80gbp, about 1 hours work in Sweden still isn't it?

Unfortunately the whole headlight assembly is home made. Do you know what years of headlights that fit the 1996? Does the KTM 1996 fit the Husaberg?

True, will try to find som second hand assemblies and see what works. All will be better than the kitchen spotlights and bent aluminium that is there now. Will let you know if I need the glass

Found the whole assembly both used and brand new! The second hand one was 5EUR in perfect condition. My lucky day
