Hi, I'm looking for the intake rubber for a 1992 FE350. Should be the same on the FE400 of the same vintage. Maybe even 501 will fit? NOS if possible, or a good used one which is crack free, unlike mine.
I will answer my own question. After searching down to the forgotten bowels of the net, I finally found a solution. Edgar Carreira sells a replacement "adapter" in aluminium with a separate rubber inlet similar to those mentioned here on the forums many years ago. He is listing it as a Husqvarna/Dellorto part but it fits perfectly on my 350. I wouldn't be surprised if it also fits the 400 and 501 and perhaps even other models.
