I'm New. A Gearing question

Probably been asked before, but I'm new to the Forum, new to Husabergs, and new to Off-road bikes.

Just scored a FE450 (2004) and hoping to do some Enduro events in the near future. The present gearing is 14 front 48 rear.

Is this normal or do I need to change it (needing new sprockets and chain soon)?

On the 450, many choose a 13T for the front sprocket, especially in tight, technical terrain. Gearing depends a lot on personal riding style, terrain, and speed, ao do some testing as see what works best foryou.
