Help Support Husaberg:
hey, just bought a husaberg 650 06 fe, and i have some trouble starting it, any of you guys knowe how the ignition should be? the colors of the wires are
1 brown
2 red/yellow
3 orange
4 red

Welcome to the forum, the colours you have quoted are not standard. The correct colours should be ,
Black
Red
Green
These are for the ignition, and
2 Yellows and a Blue for lighting and charging.
Can you put a photo up of the stator you have?

Are you quoting the ignition switch or stator?
If This helps at all it is the stator info, and I think the red yellow is 12v feed to switch, Red 12v Charge???? I have not looked at schematic but that would help if you have a moment, and please let us know where these wire are that you are quoting?
Spark should be Green Black and Red
Second is Charging with a blue and two yellows
your stator should have values below
black and green should be between 158 to 178 Ohm's
black to red should be between 2700 to 3300 Ohm's
blue to yellow/yellow at 1 Ohm
blue and yellow/yellow do not matter for your spark only lighting.
Make sure the orange is not shorting to ground anywhere in the circuit as this is the kill switch and when it is shorted to ground it kills the ignition
system.

there's a mistake here. this guy is on about a 2006 sparks and not up to the end of 2003 and the SEM ignition.
trouble is Kjasper: I have no idea where abouts on the bike you are on about?
ignition key and barrel?
stator?
coil?
just whereabouts on the bike pray tell would you be talking of?
