Years ago I bought a Husqvarna from a dealer (who shall remain nameless) for a really low price. Since it was still in the crate I had to wait until Sunday to pick up it up because that was the soonest it could be assembled. Neither my salesman or the manager were there and I grabbed the bag of goodies out of the crate when I went into service to get my bike. The following Monday the salesman called me and said the "sale" price of the bike didn't include the "extras" that I had taken and they needed me to return the stuff. 8O
I don't think they are legally obligated to give you they accessories unless they are listed on the sales receipt. If they are a good dealership they "should" give you the extras though. I got way more with my Berg than I thought I would from Sportsman Cycle.

Wow, I am surprised, I will tell my dealer that happens to be a very good friend of mine, the thing is that he gave my bike in a very good price and monthly payments, but that does not has anything to do without having all the stuff that I am paying for the bike, I had to wait for about 3 weeks to get the tools, and I almost bought one back pack that they had on accessories the other day¡¡¡¡

I agree! I got the whole package from Dan at Motoxotica, even a lesson on how to start the machine. I was happy he didn't wear a short skirt, though! :lol:
What the dealer needs to provide depends on the offer made.
If the dealer offered you a new Husaberg at a discounted price and did not mention that it did not include the usual standard items provided by Husaberg, then he is obligated to provide them.
