Husaberg not on NJ list?

So I just went to register my new Husaberg in NJ and I was denied because it's not on their "approved" list..

Really?..

I was directed here http://www.state.nj.us/mvc/pdf/Vehicles ... turers.pdf

I can't be the first...

Is this new?

Just tell them its a KTM model.your nvis starts with VBK and thats what is on the approved list.
KTM NA should be contacted so they can get the approval list updated at the NJ DMV

If the bike is either of the 2011 570 models, then it is 50 state street legal, EPA/FMVSS certified and they should plate it. If it is then call up Husaberg/KTM and have them send a letter to the NJ DOL/DMV.

Otherwise they don't have to and from the text in the top of that PDF they probably won't.

You don't say which model or year you tried to register.
