Hi everyone, I have a problem with my husaberg, the point is that there is a problem with the 4th gear as I go, sometimes it jumps in this gear and I wonder if it's a problem with the clutch or the gearbox? , I will add that when I put the engine together, I did not give the washer that was in the box because I did not know where it was, gentlemen, what do you think is the reason I have a 4-speed gearbox?

I think you need to take it back apart, inspect, and properly assemble

two things always worth checking are;
1. where is the selector star? did I put it back right? I would take the star off and mimmick the gearchanges. 1st, neutral, 2nd, 3rd, 4th. I'd want neutral to be very, very clear and easy to engage. no half 5ths either would be another.
2. the selector claw jams on them. look for burrs. two on the base claw and 2 on the too-and-fro claw. just gently chamfer the edge of the plate so that the two plates can move freely over each other.
I very much doubt you did anything wrong in the gearbox.
