had the weekend off and expected to see it up here earlier but the news is that Husabergs range of bikes for 2012 is all enduro/trail based now.

and the new model is a TE125!

yes, as you guessed, it is a KTM re-badged but hopefully with lots of Husaberg touches to it. what with the 125, 250 and 300 2Ts and the 390, 450 and 570 4Ts I only see two huge voids in the market and they are the 200 2T and a four-stroke in the 250-350 range!

this means now that my main complaint has been dealt with - that a dealer needs to be able to sell a bike to everyone that walks in that front door! and now it is possible, absolutely no ifs or buts on that. from now on you've got a bike for everyone and you can feel sincere about the sale.....

well done Husaberg - a good move.

next step then is a LDC 250 with DOHC that can be bored to 310 and also a bored and stroked 570 to 650 and the SM re-introduced after a years absence!

regards

Taffy

there's already a couple of threads going on the 2012's.

Did anybody put them to dynometer, I am wandering about horse power?

its basically a modded ktm 125 so just find what a 2012 ktm 125 - more likely that a ktm has been tested as they're more common - and there's your answer.

As a very rough guide recent ktm 125sx' have been about 34.5. so you can probably say the enduro version which is tuned slightly differently is likey to be there or there abouts.

but thast only an assumption on my behalf
