For Sale Husaberg 570 2011 engine parts + some other bits

Short intro, i bought the bike cheap with dropped valves to do an engine swap so i'm selling off the bits i won't need for my swap.

Crankshaft + balancer shaft (needs rebuild, bent rod) SOLD
cyl head core (needs major repair, valve seats, guides and all. Dropped both exhaust valves) 40$
alternator cover + stator + rotor 150$
Starter + gears + one way clutch 150$
Engine cases 200$
Clutch cover + water pump 100$

Throttle body without injector 100$
Front fender and lateral pannels, Blue SOLD

Headpipe, looks brand new, original owner had a race exhaust put on the bike before leaving the showroom floor 150$

Possible to trade, i'm also looking for some parts...

-I'd like a set of black plastics, so rear fender and rad shrouds, new or used in ok condition. For the other plastics KTM stuff fits so it's easy to find.
-I'd like a spare fuel tank
-I'd like a low seat as i'm pretty short
-I'll need a rear shock so i can swap easily between supermoto and Snowbike set-up
-KTM LC4 rear caliper + bracket (or some other bike with caliper on the left) because my new engine has the drive chain on the right and OEM caliper does not work on LH side.

Engine cylinder for sale.

Sorry I was in a rush is cylinder for sale? Your bike looks factory made so far did you make the pipe?

Cylinder cracked a little when valves dropped. it might work if you have the crack welded, remachined and then replated/sleeved. I can give it to you for 10$ + shipping, just to pay for the trouble of packing and dropping it at the post office.

If you buy something else i'll throw it in for free.

Thanks, that's exactly the plan. I want it to look like it was built like that from factory. Got the new frame craddle mandrel bent and welded it in the factory castings where the old tubes were for a perfect fit. yup, headpipe is home made too with mandrel u bends. Right now it's just fitted there and holds with tape. I just have to weld it now, waiting to receive a new manifold flange from laser cutting to do that.

By any chance, are you selling the EFI voltage regulator?

That would be the ECU or the voltage regulator? i was thinking to keep the voltage regulator because it's really fit around the forks and the can-am regulator won't fit. ECU, Jim has dibs on it, i'll let you know if it does not fall trough.

It was the voltage regulator I was after (mounts up at the front of the frame/headstock)

No. It's a local tuner who does lots of motocross, supermoto and quads. His engines are usually among the top perforormers. This 570 was apparently putting down 72hp at the wheel when the valves dropped. Not on pump gas tho. Fuel tank smells funny...

The Benz Master I bought your cases and FE tran gears. Off eBay Came with more stuff then I expected very happy. If anyone needs 2011 FX450 trans gears let Me know. I'm switching them.

My pleasure. I was certain the you would make better use of these parts than I.

For some reasons i can't modify the original thread anymore so here is what i have left.

Intake rubber boot / airbox
cyl head core (needs major repair, valve seats, guides and all. Dropped both exhaust valves)
Starter gears + one way clutch (sprag clutch)
Clutch cover + water pump
clutch assembly (plates all look perfect. i can measure clutch plate stack height if you want but i'm 100% confident it's good)
Plastic skidplate
Exhaust pipes, headpipe and midpipe
Blue headlight mask
oil pipe for cyl head
ignition coil

Most is on ebay
And you can still txt or call me if you have questions or want to make an offer
